Supported Living is a care model that helps individuals with disabilities, Autism, or other needs live independently in their own home, while receiving tailored support to manage daily life, stay safe, and build skills.

It’s ideal for adults (and in some cases, young people) who don’t require full residential care but need help with things like managing a tenancy, cooking, personal care, budgeting, or accessing the community.

We offer flexible support tailored to each person, including:

  • Personal care

  • Medication support

  • Household tasks

  • Life skills training

  • Social and community access

  • Emotional and behavioural support

Support ranges from a few hours per week to full 24/7 staffing, depending on the individual’s needs and the support plan.

All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management. We regularly assess and update safety plans and work closely with families and professionals.

We accept referrals from local authorities, healthcare providers, social workers, and families. After an initial enquiry, we complete a thorough needs assessment and work closely with the individual to create a transition plan.

Yes. We offer step-down placements and transition support for those ready to move from a more structured setting into Supported Living with greater independence.
