Adult Care Homes

Our Adult Care Homes

Tailored residential care for adults with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs

At Eternity Care Group, we provide high-quality residential care for adults aged 18 and over who are living with Autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex behavioural challenges. We believe every person deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported — and our homes are designed to provide exactly that.

For many adults, particularly those with higher support needs, living independently isn’t always immediately possible. That’s where we come in. Our residential homes offer a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where residents receive round-the-clock support while maintaining as much independence and autonomy as possible.

Our care isn’t just about meeting physical needs — it’s about helping people live with purpose, joy, and dignity. We work closely with each resident to understand their individual needs, preferences, and goals, and tailor their support accordingly.

Comfortable, well-equipped homes that promote inclusion and independence

Each of our adult care homes is designed to feel just like that — a home. With a maximum of 4–6 residents per house, we ensure a calm, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can feel heard, valued, and safe.

Key features of our homes:

  • Individually decorated bedrooms, personalised to reflect each resident’s tastes and needs

  • Shared living rooms with TVs, games, books, and comfortable seating

  • Communal dining areas that encourage mealtime socialisation

  • Fully equipped kitchens, used with support for cooking and life skills development

  • Accessible bathrooms, with adaptations where necessary

  • Laundry rooms that promote independence in daily living

  • Private outdoor spaces for gardening, relaxation, or gentle activities.

Our homes are located in peaceful residential areas across London, close to local shops, healthcare facilities, leisure centres, and transport links. This allows our residents to stay engaged with the wider community — an essential part of inclusion and wellbeing.

Meaningful structure, purposeful routines, personalised goals

Every day in our adult homes is carefully planned to meet the needs, preferences, and developmental goals of each resident. We use person-centred care planning to build a flexible routine that balances support with independence, structure with choice.

Daily life may include:

  • Morning routines with support as needed (washing, dressing, medication)

  • Preparing and sharing meals, with help depending on ability

  • Attending day centres, college placements, or community workshops

  • 1:1 keywork sessions focusing on emotional wellbeing, confidence, or goals

  • Participating in group or solo activities like gardening, baking, or creative arts

  • Engaging with the local community — from going for walks to shopping trips, visits to the library or swimming

  • Evening routines promoting calm, choice, and positive closure to the day

Every activity — no matter how small — is an opportunity to build independence, learn new skills, and enjoy life in a way that feels fulfilling. We celebrate even the smallest achievements and adapt routines to each person’s changing needs.

Clear, compassionate support through every step of the placement process

We accept referrals from Local Authorities, NHS commissioners, and private funders. We work closely with social workers, families, and professionals to ensure every placement is well-matched and thoroughly planned.

We support:

  • Long-term residential placements

  • Step-down placements from hospitals or secure services

  • Transition from children’s residential homes to adult services

  • Short-term or emergency care (where capacity and assessment allows)

Our admissions process includes:

  • Initial referral and discussion

  • Comprehensive needs assessment

  • Matching with a suitable home and peer group

  • Family and professional visits or introductions

  • Transition planning with a phased move-in process

  • Ongoing review and adjustment to ensure stability and progress

We are currently in the process of completing Ofsted registration for all our homes, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
