Children's Care Home

Our Children's Homes

Nurturing, structured care for children with learning disabilities, Autism, and complex needs

At Eternity Care Group, we provide safe, family-style residential care for children and young people aged 12–18 with Autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges. Our homes offer a stable, warm environment where children can heal, grow, and thrive — especially when living at home is no longer possible.

We understand that every child deserves a place where they are valued, supported, and given the tools to succeed in life. Our homes are designed to provide exactly that: a space that feels like home, with structure, compassion, and care built into every aspect of daily life.

Designed to feel like home, built to support individual needs

Each of our homes is small, safe, and welcoming — supporting no more than 4 to 6 young people at a time. This small-scale approach allows us to offer tailored care and personal attention, building trusting relationships with every child.

Key features of our homes include:

  • Private bedrooms decorated with input from the child

  • Communal lounges with TV, games, and books.

  • Shared kitchens and dining spaces for daily routines and group meals

  • Outdoor gardens or patios for safe play, gardening, and relaxation

  • Laundry areas to support life skill development

  • Calm, low-stimulation environments

Our homes are situated in quiet, residential neighbourhoods close to schools, transport links, parks, and community centres — keeping children connected to their wider world.

Daily routines that provide structure, support, and joy

Children in our homes follow consistent daily routines that help them feel safe, develop independence, and build life skills. While we maintain structure, we always remain flexible to each young person’s emotional, sensory, and educational needs.

A typical day might include:

  • Morning: Personal care, breakfast, and transport to school or alternative provision

  • Afternoon: Return home, snack time, quiet reflection or supported free time

  • Evening: Group activities (games, arts & crafts), shared meals, personal time, and bedtime routines

Weekly activities may include:

  • Arts & crafts, messy play, baking

  • Water play and outdoor games in the garden

  • Trips to local parks, beaches, or farms

  • Cinema, bowling, soft play, or swimming

  • Seasonal and cultural celebrations (e.g. Halloween, Eid, Christmas)

  • Life skill sessions: budgeting, shopping, meal planning, laundry

  • Therapeutic sessions such as play therapy, music therapy, or keywork

All activities are risk-assessed and tailored to each child’s needs, with plenty of support to help them participate confidently and safely.

Our aim is to make every child feel part of a real home where they can have fun, express themselves, and learn at their own pace.

Flexible placements built around the needs of each child

We accept referrals from Local Authorities, health professionals, and placement commissioners across London and surrounding areas. Each placement is carefully assessed and planned to ensure a safe, appropriate match.

Types of placements we offer:

  • Full-time residential care (medium- to long-term)

  • Short-break/respite care for families and carers

  • Step-down care following hospital or secure settings

  • Emergency placements (subject to risk and availability)

The admissions process includes:

  • Initial enquiry and referral discussion

  • Comprehensive pre-placement assessment (including risk and compatibility)

  • Home visits or virtual introductions

  • Gradual transition plan into the home

  • Creation of a personalised care plan, with involvement from the child, their family, and professionals

We ensure every child feels welcomed, safe, and understood from day one. Our homes are not just a placement — they are a place to belong, grow, and feel valued.

Please note: We are currently in the process of registering with Ofsted. All services are being developed in line with Ofsted regulations, quality standards, and safeguarding protocols to ensure full compliance once registration is complete.
